I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to leave a review for the exceptional customer service from Jay. I messed up the ring size by a half cm and proposed a month and a half after I purchased the ring. Jay clearly explained to me the store policy (no resizing after 30 days) but kindly made a one time exception since the ring was sliding around her finger and did not fit at all. Thank you so much Jay!

Great experience here today buying lab grown diamond studs with Abdul. He was so kind and patient showing me different styles so I could get exactly what I wanted. He knew his inventory well so if I asked for different sizes and cuts he got them immediately. Their lab-grown diamonds are high quality compared to other stores, colorless, VS2 for studs. White gold settings. Other styles available. I was pleased with the selection. They offer hassle-free price matching and that makes me confident in buying from this store in the future. They were upfront and honest, no weird sales tactics. All certificates were included. Checkout was just 3 minutes. I loved it!

If I could give these guys more stars I would. I came in here not knowing anything about engagement rings and left knowing everything about them. Jay And Abid took great care of me.
